Busola Oladunjoye

Busola Oladunjoye serves as the Programme Lead and Senior Project Officer at the Centre for Disability and Inclusion Africa (CDIA).She brings several years of experience in disability-inclusive media advocacy, public policy engagement, and gender advocacy. Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in advancing inclusive reporting, promoting inclusive governance, and strengthening the representation of persons with disabilities within Nigeria’s media and policy landscapes.

Her work is centred on improving service delivery systems, shaping disability-inclusive policies, and ensuring that marginalized groups are adequately considered in development planning. Busola’s expertise positions her as a strong and credible voice on this panel. She offers practical, experience-driven insights into the importance of inclusive budgeting and the need for resource allocation that addresses the barriers faced by persons with disabilities ultimately promoting fairness, accessibility, and equitable outcomes in government programs and public spending.
