Olubunmi T. Olugbamila is an award-winning SDG 4 Advocate, Intervention Specialist for Specific Learning Disabilities, and a passionate Neurodiversity Advocate with over 18 years of experience in the education sector. She is deeply committed to supporting children and young adults with neurodiverse conditions through structured intervention programs, inclusive education advocacy and capacity building for educators and families.
Olubunmi holds a degree in Business Administration (Lagos State University) and a certificate in Computer Science & Mathematics Education (FCE (T) Akoka). She is also a certified ABA Technician and an alumna of WISCAR (Women in Successful Careers), with several professional certifications in Dyslexia, Autism Spectrum Disorders and other co-occurring learning difficulties.
As the Founder and Executive Director of Damar Place Learning Foundation, she leads a team of dedicated and skilled Interventionists, implementing impactful programs that support children with additional learning needs including Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, Autism and Down Syndrome, across primary and secondary schools including underserved communities.
Under her leadership, the foundation has reached over 10,000 educators and parents, fostering inclusive learning environments where every child is seen, valued and empowered to thrive.
