Oluwatosin Ishola is an International Development Professional, Humanitarian and an Entrepreneur. Tosin is passionate about providing social protection for vulnerable groups even as she advocates for social justice, inclusive development and bridged inequality gaps. Her Non- Profit, Together for Needs Initiative has reached over 12000 persons providing varied support and empowerment for disadvantaged groups.
Tosin has over 16 years experience working in areas of Project Management, Human Resources, Women’s rights , Leadership development, Business Development and Non- Profit management.
She holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Birmingham where she obtained her MSc in International Development- (Poverty, Inequality & Development) and Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Covenant University. She equally holds professional certifications in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management & Certification in Project Management from APMG, United Kingdom.
Tosin is equally the Co-Founder and COO of Lafiami, where she strategically heads all operations, partnerships, and administrative processes. This role is a significant social impact initiative, as she drives the company's mission to connect millions of Nigerians to affordable health insurance. She further manages successful personal businesses across the interior design, fashion, and cleaning industries.
