Yehia Elmansoury

Yehia is a leading luxury hotelier, specializing in the African and UAE markets with twenty years’ experience.

His flair for hospitality began with roles as Night Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in 2003 and 2004 at the luxury Sofitel Hotel in Hurghada, Egypt.

Inspired by work and travel, Yehia’s ascent through roles in corporate strategy continued as Sales Manager, Millennium Hotels and Resorts in Sharm El sheikh, Egypt.

In a decade, he held Senior Management and Leadership roles as Regional Assistant Director of Sales, Domina Coral Bay and Director of Sales and Marketing at the Movenpick Hotels & Resorts in Egypt.

Best known for his analytical skills, he progressed to the role of Group Director of Business Development at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Tanzania in 2015 and as General Manager with the same hotel brand in Stone Town Zanzibar in 2017.

An enthusiastic agent for change, Yehia began his current role as General Manager of Radisson Hotel Lagos Ikeja in April 2023, with a focus on enhancing performance and overall productivity.

Certified in Marketing Leadership from the prestigious Cornell University in New York, he also holds a degree in Hotel Management.

In his current position of General Manager, Radisson Hotel Lagos Ikeja, Yehia is leading his team of professionals in providing elevated hospitality experiences to all guests.
